represent you fully, protecting your interests, and negotiate the contract with the seller/sellers agent .
Once an offer is accepted, Louise & John will coordinate and guide you through the contract process all the way
to settlement. This will include coordinating all inspections and services, performing the contract efficiently and
in the time frames set, and representing your best interests the entire time.
